I agree with that. But miles isn all that bad and if he gets rid of crowton and lands a good OC that will stay on the field and run the frickin offense, I think he has surrounded himself with good position coaches

Will he do that?
Miles has more success than Mike Shula, but his inability to make changes might lead to him getting fired like Shula.
