The SEC hates cowbells (aside from State of course). Would we really want an instrument even more loud and annoying than the cowbell? The guy is a fricking idiot. If we just wanted to be as loud and obnoxious as possible, all of us would have taken up the cowbell years ago.

And the SEC has now made the cowbell legal? Completely legal? Didn't some person get struck with one this year and have to be in the hospital for weeks. So as a reward, they make them fully legal. WTF????
