"Relentless is like Freddie Kruger. All those horror guys have one thing in common: you cannot kill them, That is how you want your players to compete. In the movies, you think you have Freddie, and his hand comes through the wall and chokes you to death. That is the way we want our team to play. That is the way we want our opponent to feel. Whether we win or lose the down, we are coming back with the same kind of effort, toughness and discipline. The teams we played this year could not match our intensity for 60 minutes."

Apparently, I've never seen that Nightmare on Elm Street movie to which Saban refers. 
ETA: Freddy's hand has never come through a wall to choke someone to death. (Unless it happened in that new remake that I've not seen)

I haver alot of respect for Saban and what he has accomplished the last 2 years at Bama but these Bama circle jerk threads have gotten quite old.

Beyond old, its like they have nothing else going on in their life other than waiting for some B.S. headline to come up. They have totally ruined the SEC rant. Idk if these gumps have ever heard the phrase, "ACT LIKE YOUVE BEEN THERE BEFORE" Cause they are on a constant hard on. I love sports as much as "THE NEXT GUY" but I dont put any of these athletes or coaches on a pedestal & these gumps would really give Saban a BJ if he asked them for it
