It says as much about "everybody else" as it does Arkansas fans.
I'll admit that there are Arkansas fans that support Petrino b/c he's the coach here and will turn on him if he left for a better gig. There are also fans of other schools who blast Petrino for leaving the Falcons with 3 games left. Both groups are fairly ignorant.

You better believe if BP entered this season, lost Mallett, couldn't win a game, and left in the middle of the season, Arky fans would have a riot. Just like Hotlanta fans.
If you don't think so just go look at Kiffin, and he didn't even leave until after the season was over with.

I liked to watch Petrino's teams when he was at Louisville and like what he brings to Arkansas. When he leaves that I'll wish him the best unless his new team is playing against the Hogs. By that time he will have proven that the Hogs can consistently in the SEC. If he doesn’t turn Arkansas into a perennial contender then other teams won't want him.
