Either offer to play them or stop bitching

And those losses you cited in the early 2000's

Georgia played them in 2005 and took them behind the woodshed.

Why should SEC teams do that? Our schedules are hard enough as it is with having to play anywhere from 3-5 ranked opponents a year just from in house.

I personally am so sick and tired of this holier-than-thou attitude from SEC fans that I could puke

We're the best conference with the best teams. I mean we literally are the best. Winning breeds that attitude.

most SEC schools play no more than 1 game per year against any good OOC teams and then they want to be given automatic berths in the NC game simply because they were the best team in their own conference

Wrong. As has been stated, most SEC schools schedule down OOC games because they have to play a Florida, LSU, Georgia, Bama, etc. every damn year guaranteed. Boise doesn't. Boise has NO IDEA what it's like to have to get amped for 10 or 11 out of 12 weeks. They would be in ruins if they had to play a real schedule. The reason a 1 loss SEC champ should most likely be in the NC is because they have proven it against the very best competition every single week, not because they beat a team ranked about 15th in week 1 and then ran through a high school slate weeks 2-12.

You are contradicting yourself, aren't you? If they are really just an overrated sack of shite, like you are implying they are, then it should be no more difficult to beat them than it is to beat any other team from a second-tier conference.....and there should therefore be no reluctance to scheduling them....

Your reluctance, however, suggests that you believe they really are pretty good and you are afraid you might lose the game, especially on the road.....and if that is the case, it suggests that their ranking is deserved.....

Again, you can't have your cake and eat it, too......
