Looks like banners of each bowl game hanging on the wall.........I'm just guessing each one has the score

1966 - Lost to Texas, 19-0.
1967 - Lost to UTEP, 14-7.
The local banner-makers have to find something to make a banner about, I guess.

They better not be claiming any moral victories. Those belong to us, esp 2004 we have a copyright on moral victories for that entire year in all sports.
