...will be overcame by an awesome offense.
Bama's ToP this season should be off the hook.
Opposing QBs & WRs won't get many shots.

Bammers secondary is gonna get bombed worse than Pearl Harbor this year.

If Bama has the lead or is in "striking distance" of the lead going into the fourth quarter, game over. The fourth quarter will be the Ingram/Richardson/Lacy/Goode show, just gonna pound the ball between the tackles and run the clock.

I'm not sold on Bama's offense yet. They certainly have potential, but they were awfully inconsistent last year. The passing game has to improve this year, and with Julio and Maze a year older and wiser, it probably will.
But you're right TOP will be your secondary's best friend.

Too soon to tell. But if Fluker and Warmack develop the sky is the limit.

Don't count out the Bama Secondary yet. There is a lot of talent back there, and if they can gel and learn to play as a unit then they could possibly be just as good as last season. The same thing goes for the entire defense.

Were it any coach other than Saban, I'd call that a homer statement.

If the entire defensive unit learns to play as a team then Bama should win the West, if not then it's gonna be a dogfight between Arky, LSU, Aubarn, and Bama.

That would be a good gameplan. Tubs did that for years. Get the lead and in the fourth, just runthe ball and grind it out.

If they have a 10 point lead I'd consider it over too. I'm not sure about "striking distance" though. Hopefully a young Bama secondary will be enough to keep the offense from taking to many chances.
They lost two good corners, a good safety, and the soul and stomach (

Will be exploited by teams that can both run & pass.

Not if you are constantly playing from behind & aren't able to just pound the ball...you're assuming opposing defenses will just concede the line of scrimmage.

If your secondary is compromised, the opposing offense will smell blood & throw all over you.

When was the last time Saban had a bad secondary?

$aban's '02 LSU secondary was nothing to write home about...first there was the Miracle on Markham, then Texass lit it up in the Cotton Bowl.

I agree. Opposing teams will have extremely quick scoring drives, giving your team plenty of time to fight back.

The more times opposing QBs drop back to pass, the more chances for this guy to frick'em up.
