No.
He's the Coach O of basketball.

I would have thought he would have done a little more in his time.

Considering he is one of the lowest paid basketball coaches in the SEC, I don't think we can really complain with his results.

i'm torn....everything makes me wanna say no....but for some reason everytime i give up on the team i get motivated for them again and think they have a chance to do something

Good recruiter, bad with X's and O's.
Tourney or bust next year.
He doesn't have a lot to work with (bad arena, meh fan support, lack of basketball tradition).

No offense, but Andy Kennedy has two 23 win seasons.
not that impressive except for the fact that we've only had one season better than 23 wins.

Im happy with him. I dont know if we could find better to come coach in the dump of an arena and terrible fan support.

I wasn't, but then again, I don't really care about basketball as much as other people.
The thing with Kennedy that is saving him, is that he was able to half arse salvage last season after losing 60% of his starters before the season. I know other coaches in the league have struggled when not having all of the talent they want on the court

yeah.
He bought himself another year.
Nothing he can do to achieve that in year 5.

at a school where being mediocre is the norm, the NIT should be enough...

Says the guy whose team just won 1 game in league play. TJ sure does look like a diamond in the rough down there...

They got two and a fat recruiting class coming in.
We'll see what TJ is made of within the next two years.

It can't be easy to be the coach at Ole Miss. You have the worst arena in the league to recruit to and there is another pretty good program in your state. I think Andy Kennedy has done a pretty good job, but I'm not an Ole Miss fan so I don't know.
