Why is Rollison transferring to Sam Houston St?

There is no oficial reason as to why but I've heard and believe it is because he doesn't want to wait 2 years to start at qb.

We're trimming the roster so that we can fit in another recruiting class full of top ranked players who would never come to Auburn if we weren't paying them bucket loads of money to do so.

Cam Newton has yet to impress me. Has he impressed anybody on this board? Have we seen him in SEC play? That is my question to any fan in this conference.

He hasn't had the opportunity to impress anybody yet. It's not like he was going to challenge for playing time at UF playing behind the Tebow. I hear a lot of people question his accuracy but he did complete 60% of his passes in JC where as Chris Todd only completed 49% his year in JC. I'm not about to crown him the Heisman Trophy winner but I think it is fair to say he should be a pretty decent upgrade over Todd.

This is not a flame against Newton....
... but in the SEC, relying on a JUCO for anything his first year, especially @ QB, is never a good situation for your team.
Is he in spring practice this year? That would obviously help.
