Last I checked, there is typically a thread or two everday talking about Arkansas recruiting.
It's not very good this year. End of story.

Vanderbilt has a 2.84 star average and we have a 3.00 star average. We have higher quality players coming in, but we have fewer scholarships to give out. We have a higher average rating than many teams ahead of us.
I'm not concerned about it. This is a weaker class than last year's, but only 2-3 of the guys in this class will play any time soon. Everyone else is destined for the redshirt program, so it really doesn't matter how good they are right now. All that matters is how good they are in two years.

Got any reasoning to back that up or is that just a drive-by troll?

We'll see how that works out for Vandy on 30 Oct. 2010 in Fayettenam.

a degree from Vanderbilt is far more prestegious and respected
as far as getting NFL exposure goes I think Vandy is as good a chance as Arky
Nashville is 10x better than Fayetteville

Maybe you should ask him if you get the chance. How have those "great" recruiting classes worked out for LSU the last couple of years against the Hogs?
So, if the Hogs win next year, which will put them at 3-1 against the Tigers for the last 4 years, then something is very wrong. Either your classes aren't as good as you think they are or the Hogs' classes are much better than people realize. Coaching and player development could also be a factor as well.
However, I will concede that the experts at Rivals are so good that they can differentiate to the 10th of a %, one player from the other. WOW! What a talent. That's right, 8 or so Hogs are one tenth of a % from being ranked a 4 stat recruit. LOL. If only they had submitted their file/film on time they could be ranked a tenth of a percent higher which obviously translates to better on-the-field performance. Then this class would be ranked much higher. Damn!

If and I say If Mallett finds his way back from Phoenix Underground, He'll throw at least 5 TD's against Vandy.

Dude we had just 23 commitments last week. We had some 2 decommitments and pulled 2 scholly's. Its not a very good argument to say "we have fewer scholarship's to offer.
Georgia has 1 less commitment then we have right now and they are ranked 9.
This class is what it is, not highly regarded by others.
