which school would you want it to be? And why?
Please explain in you answer how it would benefit your child and not the ego of his/her parent.

Kentucky. Because it's the farthest north, and their medical school is really good. Oh, and Lexington is a really safe city.

Probably whichever school paid him the most money, I would want him to get used to playing for a paycheck.
It honestly would come down to where his heart was. And I'd prefer it be close to home

Athletic scholarship? Academic scholarship?

Academically speaking...Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt/Georgia/Florida/ for his benefit..
I may pick somewhere else that I liked better though.

Vandy would be #1 with Georgia at #2 because of academics and lack of jorts.

Ole Miss, so he wouldn't have to worry about post season play getting in the way of his studies.

georgia.
it has legit academics but it's big and has a good athletic program (aka not vandy). it's a nice party school as well. athens = greatness. and i can't send my kid to florida.
i feel like every answer in this thread should be vandy, florida, or georgia. if everyone follows the rules, that is.

auburn academics?
Are behind UGA, UF and Vandy but still great. Its ranked somewhere around 30th in the best public Universities in the country.

For academics I would choose Vandy or UGA and for football I would choose AU, UGA or UT because I like the coaches and their demeanor.

if he is a football player, Auburn. if he is a student, vandy.
