I thought it was an interesting side note. Besides the part about Miles it is just some facts. I noticed that as I was putting the stats in the post and thought people might think it was interesting.

Frankly to an extent I am. If you look at the decade as a whole LSU was undoubtably the standard bearer for the west. I found it interesting that Alabama had passed them in the second half of the decade. Maybe you do not recall your team physically abusing our qbs from 2003-2007 and to see that in at least one measurement we have passed LSU is a credit to our team.

Saban hasn't really outcoached Miles yet either

He has gotten lucky two years in row with Lee throwing picks and Injuries this past year
