I was pulling for LSu during the game so think of this as an objective opinion. The PSU player was being a schmuck. The LSU player was trying to get the play moving forward and the ball to the ref. The call was still the correct call. Players can not pull players around after the whistle.

Anytime refs see a ruckus they're going to be focused on that. I honestly believe the refs would have made the call against PSU if LSU had just lined up for the next play.
