We need some better talent out there because it's pretty fricking obvious we don't have what is necessary to win. I am fricking sick and tired of losing in December and losing playoff games whenever we do make it.

What they need is a coach like Gruden,Cowher,or Dungy,they need someone that commands respect and disipline.not some puppet coach like they have been known for since J.J.and Switzer left.
