Ole Miss is very conservative, but there are def some liberal aspects.

When Princeton review comes out with their Top 10 schools for marijuana Ole Miss generally makes that list with schools such as Cal-Berkley and Colorado Boulder. The administration is liberal leaning as is the faculty. The school itself may be the one of the most racially progressive colleges in the country. It's one of the few places where race problems are acknowledged and addressed. Most universities just ignore these problems and pretend they don't exist.

Have not read any of the posts in this thread but I am curious what you are basing this on. For the record, UF was the second most liberal campus, behind Berkley, in the 60's. Not sure about now.
