How did McElroy leave 24 points on the field? Does he kick field goals? Or is Gary saying he missed 4 wide open TDs? I don't get it.

Give JPW credit... the guy was good deep ball passer.

No he wasn't. JPW didn't have a good deep ball. He hung balls up there and receivers constantly had to come back to them.

He was good at a lot of things, but the long ball wasn't one of them.

he will be fine? one or TWO bad games? you're not concerned about his accuracy?? we gotta play UF now in the SECCG, and if he's not accurate, we WILL be turning the ball over. you can't just RUN and beat a UF team. you will HAVE to pass well enough.

the oline has really never seemed to be an issue. i feel like he's had ample time to pass all season long.

A lot of things have happened that made Greg's stats bad in the Ole Miss - USC games. Not all of them were his fault. And no, I'm not concerned about his accuracy. He's the most accurate QB we've had in 20 years, which isn't saying a lot, except that he's good enough. He has a better passer rating than any QB we've had that I can remember as well. Yes, he didn't play well in a couple of games. He missed some throws in the LSU game, but there's nothing major to fix.

wow. you play better with a better quaterback. If we had drew brees i am sure we would be alot better too.

If Perrilloux wasn't suck a screw job, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Mcelroy cound't hit sugar cane in a field.

McElroy is not good. It is a testament to the rest of the team that Bama is where they are.

The best thing you can say about McElroy is he hasn't got you beat. He isn't throwing pick 6s and isn't fumbling away wins. JPW had a habit of both.

it kinda helps if you throw it to the right team.

Danielson imo is a dumbass, we lost, bama won, pretty close game til the 4th qtr, bama beats the spread, nuff said. I was pretty pissed when posting after the game, I'm over it,still not too happy with bama fans booing hurt players, but what the hell, no need going there. That being said, other than the trick play that Mc missed we don't get beat by 3 tds, even bama fans should agree with that.

There was also Julio wide open in the endzone and Maze 5 yards behind your secondary. Just pointing that out. All three of those were TD's with an accurate pass. And we only got 3 pts out of those drives the way it was.

didn't you just GO there?

and no offense to whatever your profession is, but i'm PRETTY sure you'll never be paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to be a sportscaster because you're so smart and can deliver an objective point of view -very- often.

yeah dude....and LSU's defense would have pitched a shutout had they not allowed Gumps to reach the endzone

LSU's defense didn't have anything to do with McElroy missing recievers.

Julio was wide arse open twice and he missed another reciever that was 5 yards behind his man. We should have wone that game pretty big actually. I think LSU was lucky to come out of that game as well as they did. Just my opinion.

what does this mean?

and i SAID no offense. clearly you didn't understand the words "no offense" ? you could be a lawyer for all i know... but you're still not paid to give objective commentary on live, nationally televised sports programs.

what are you even talking about?? i told you i didn't know what you meant by asking where my "cool-aid" drinking was going..

are you personally threatening me? are you asking me what my directive was? i mean, what?

you can't say "exactly what i thought, you have no reply" when i told you i was confused about what you were saying.

now, when you go back over this post, and try to figure out that i'm not trying to be tricky but you've helped me to be confusing,... then maybe we can take a step forward.
