Hmm. So the party was off campus. Yeah, he probably wasn't even drinking. How do you get suspended for something that wasn't on campus and if it was something that wasn't a school function?

Yes he was banned for being an attention whore.
And he was allowed back right before the season started, but on the terms he would tone down his whorish ways... Needless to say he didn't live up to it.
