well, Perrilloux would likely be the best QB in the SEC stats wise if he were at LSU so its not really fair to compare him...

Possibly. However, considering the talent level that Perrilloux, Brown, and Webb are putting their stats up against, I'm not sure how anyone can logically compare McElroy or Todd to them, if they think the SEC is the top conference in the same breath.
