Seriously...if Rodriguez gets the boot in Michigan, Coach Miles would be crazy not to return to Ann Arbor. I like Coach Miles a great deal, but could not hold it against him for returning to the mother ship.

His decision to remain at LSU instead of returning to Michigan was one of the toughest decisions I have seen a coach make.

Now, for your original message. If Coach Saban would like to return to LSU, I would accept him back, although I do not see his return happening.

Agree 100%.

Stranger things have happened. I wouldn't hold it against him if he did. The guy has the resources to go live and work where he wants to.

Especially if you collapse down the stretch and finish with 4 losses again......which could realistically happen, IMO

The heat would be turned up on Miles big-time and he might never get a shot at Michigan again.....

That said, I think Rodriguez gets one more year to work with--I mean even Ty Willingham got three years at Notre Dame, so cutting Rodriguez loose after just two would look imprudent.....unless they closed a deal with Miles before letting Rodriguez go.....

Why would he want to go to that train wreck? Besides the problems of the football program the entire state is an economic wasteland and they're also looking for a new AD.

I always said if Les would leave LSU for Michigan I wouldn't have a problem with it.
