I have it from a very good source who is close to the situation that Bill Cowher is very close to the guy who makes all of the athletic decisions for LSU. My very good source who can't be named also said Bill Cowher was trying to get RichRod fired so Miles would leave LSU.

I'm just looking forward to hearing the first member of the media to bring this up to Saban.

Since you're the mole riding around on someone who could pose the question, it would be must see TV to hear Tracy ask that question at halftime next Sat.

i can definitely see Saban and Sexton feigning interest to make a big deal about his eventual "decision" to stay at Bama so he can drum up a little ammo for recruiting.

God, even Ole Miss fired Orgeron after just 3 years

Yep and they fired Cutcliffe too who by the way has the same record at Duke this season as Ole Miss.

BTW, the first person to call LSU for the job if Miles leaves - Houston Nutt.

I'm surprised no one's brought up Lee Corso.

If we were lucky enough for Miles to leave, LSU would be foolish to not give Saban a call and make him turn the job down.

I would call Sexton just to force Bama to give Saban a bunch more money.

You got to frick Bama over whenever you can.

UM's run by a woman, Coleman, she isn't gonna can RR this year, next year at the earliest, and I think at least two more bad ones if it were solely up to her..

Which by then at Michigan, it wouldn't be, if they're losing.

Despite Michigan's long and storied football history, it would be a mistake to assume that the success of the football team is anywhere the top of the President's, or the Board of Regents', hot button list.

Bama's good for it. I've been thinking he deserves another raise this season.

heaven knows Michigan is not nearly as patient as Ole Miss is......

Nonsense. And it's not a matter of patience. It's a matter of priorities. Self-delusional as Ole Missters are about their school's academic quality, Michigan is in another league. And 105,000 people still plop their fannies down in Michigan Stadium on Saturdays.

Sexton

Less we forget, he actually controls all these possible scenarios and situations. The whole key to this entire discussion is to check Sexton's bank account and see where it stands or how much his old lady has spent recently.
