gotta admit, i salivate at the thought of having a rb with his talent at LSU.
But watching bama play, they don't look like they have much on offense without him
that makes for a pretty good matchup coming up between bama and LSU.

Did everybody just forget what happened in all our other games after watching the USC game.

without him, they just put in another one of their hosses to run through those holes and they will be almost as good but not quite.

our defense is good and getting better. we don't have the schemes yet to pressure like bama does. nonetheless, no one respects McElroy
as a passer. LSU has better athletes than SC, who played a pretty damn good defensive game. they did run out of gas late in the game.
we should be able to hang longer, especially since bama is having a lot of trouble scoring in the red zone.
you never know - this sets up like a defensive struggle - but these games can get out of hand. maybe both teams explode.

People were gushing, including LSU fans, about Roy Upchurh and Trent Richardson after the VT game. Without Ingram we put one them into the lineup.

against USCe, G. McElroy: 10-20 92 yards, Ingram: 246 yards
against OM, G. McElroy: 15-34 147 yards, Ingram: 172 yards
against UK, G. McElroy: 15-26 148 yards, Ingram: 140 yards
over the past 3 games McElroy's production has gone down and Ingram's has gone up, stop Ingram, you stop Bama.

richardson is special, but a freshman. upchurch is a quality back as well.
i'm just telling you guys, you were inspiring fear earlier. the way your offense is looking, you are not anymore.
we've got some great athletes in the secondary. which means we can load the box and cover man to man. we also substitute freely on the d-line.
bama always has a good run game, but now it's becoming obvious you can't pass, we can make it harder to run.

We have 2 other RB's that kick a lot of arse. And, McElroy was pissed about his piss poor performance. He will bounce back. I have no doubt. Don't forget that two weeks ago he was leading the SEC in Pass Efficiency.
Also, I'm LSU's defense still can't tackle. UF's offense is a shell of what it was last year. And they ran a total of about 5 plays against LSU. So, even if GMac doesn't do well, he won't have to since the Tigahs won't be able to tackles our RB's.

Based on what LSU's offense has, or rather has not done, if Bama scores a safety they win.

Just keep believing that.

He threw for 291 yards and two TDs against Arkansas. That defense isn't looking too bad now is it?

Seeing is believing. That would mean that you're in denial

He struggles against quality defenses, end of story. It could be because his #1 receiver is no good, but that's a story for another thread

If this is true it doesn't matter. LSU will not stop our RB's. Florida might, but LSU won't.

LSU has plenty of D to stop your offense. We just don't have the offense to move the ball on you guys,

they have a solid front 4, their pass defense is still terrible, Tebow threw for 255 yards and would of had over 300 if Cooper didn't drop that first pass
