Yes. It was on the radio when I heard it. It's a tradition they can finally bring back this year with both teams wearing home jerseys.

And last time these teams played in home colors on the same field was in 1969. UT skullfricked the elephants 41-14 in Birmingham.

Glad you're so proud of that win 40 years later. I believe we had a similar win against the volunqueers 2 years ago.

Look forward to making it 3 in a row.

So what your saying is The Color of the Uniform makes for a higher performance?

Or that By saying wearing a throwback color or Black Jerseys wins Football Games?

It might motivate the team who buys into this superstion. But at the end of the day the team who is more talented and better prepared wins.

Case in Point; The Vols can come in with any macho uniform you want to wear this Saturday. You then will lose to a far superior opponent and shown to be the fools.

Pretty sure all he said was the score was 41-14 the last time they both wore their home jersies. Too bad that upset you, eh?

What dog did you have in this fight? Who mentioned Auburn, and what does it matter to you what our teams wear? Maybe if Auburn would be concerned about their own team and not Bama, they would have 7 wins.

Home Jerseys

I think "COULD" is the operative word in this article... Of course, UA would have to agree.

Frankly, I would expect Coach Saban's answer to be "whatever". History has proven that Coach Saban doesn't really care what color the other teams' jerseys are.
