I think that he will play like its going to be a gametime decision all week, and finally when they get ready to play this game he will be starting for the gators. It should make for GREAT primetime tv on CBS under the Lights of Tiger Stadium.

He shouldn't play at all IMO. Stacking concussions from both the UT and Kentucky game, should put him on the sidelines(no contact) for 4-6 weeks. What happens is another story, though.

I don't see him starting the game, but I do see him playing in it shortly after. For his sake, I hope they do what's best for him, not what's best for TV. He has a great future ahead of him, and it's not worth loosing all that for one game.

I see this scenario playing out except he doesnt play. That way LSU has to prep for both QB with different styles.

Wait - Tebow suffered a concussion against Tennessee? First I have heard that.

Does anyone have a link to a credible source that says Tebow suffered a concussion against UT or is that another internet rumor?

If Tebow does play, LSU should blitz, blitz, and blitz more. Either way, LSU should be able to get some decent hits on him.

I thought I saw last night on MNF that Meyer said that Tebow would probably be ready.

knock him down every time he drops back whether he has the ball still or not.

Even if Tebow doesn't start, he will get a decent amount of playing time. Blitzing should def be effective

Screen, screen, screen!

With the speed of the UF backs you're looking at 20+ yards each time...

Exactly.

LSU should definitely blitz often, but have a Safety spy the RB since UF's receivers aren't as good as they were last year and PP can lock one of them down.

I'm not saying just blitz to try to sack him. I think they should get him out of the pocket and let him do his magic. Although it would probably be 10-15 yrds downfield, LSU should be able to get some good shots in on him.

Let's not underestimate Tim Tebow. He'll be out there Oct. 10. He'll be starting. yes this is a concussion, but he wants to play bad. And LSU wants to play him bad after last year. I understand there's reason to think No. 15 might not play, but at the end of the day he's got to be in some serious pain not to play come Oct. 10. He'll be under center.

If he plays and gets hurt again Meyer should be crucified.

IMHO, he will play because that is U.M. making the call. Whether he should or not, I am no doctor and I don't believe everything the press writes about. Most of it is hidden agenda B.S.
So, more than likely or YES he will.

I just hope if it is an injury that can terminate his career, it doens' happen in this game; one of the best QB's to ever play the college game. But, in the future if it is one, eventually it will.

Hopefully the Tigers are not wasting time worrying about Tebow playing or not-they have UGA to worry about for now!!!
