Snead and Ole Miss Fans

I'm a long time reader of this board but I never post. I'd to just point out one thing and in no way am I trying to flame or make fun but lets look at the facts here.
Ole Miss guys the play calling last night was miserable. I actually felt sorry for yall. The one point I would like to make is that Snead is a great QB and a great kid. He looks horrible because his head coach. Point blank.
What QB has EVER looked like a good passer under Nutt?
How can you run on 1st down for a short gain. Call the same play on 2nd down. Then run a pass play where your QB takes a 7 step drop and your WR only run 10-15 yard outs to the sideline. You're asking your QB to throw the ball 20+ yard on a line to the sideline. I saw that for 10 years from Nutt as a hog fan and now I'm seeing it when he is Rebel.
Snead is not the problem. It's the offense and the playcalling. It's just not fair for the young man to get ANY blame. Houston needs to step up and take the blame...but he won't and never will.

Correct. Ole Miss was 1 for 16 on 3rd down conversions. That's on the play calling.

Terrible playcalling last night, I agree, but Snead was fricking terrible last night.

Snead WAS terrible. Maybe Nutt should have told him not to go to Texas for his Grandfathers funeral after all. Looked like he really needed the practice.
That and our communication between Nutt and the coaches box went out for almost an entire quarter. Power failure.

I don't get why McCluster didn't have his hands on the ball every play. He was chomping up some ground in the 4th quarter.

I still say he didnt give up and played to lose by less than we could have. 16-3 is a bad loss instead of 16-10. I like that he did that for us and didnt hang his head and cry.

The worst play call was the 4th and 5 where we threw (attempted to throw but it was 5 feet over McCluster's head) a negative one yard pass to Dex. Dismal.

Some things are just too good to let go.
And there wouldn't be near as many except for all the threads about Arkansas fan's stupidity for wanting and getting (thank you Lord) Nutt gone.

Funny that I haven't ever seen one single thread where anyone was laughing at Arkansas fans for wanting Nutt gone.. I HAVE however seen plenty of threads laughing at Arkansas fans for the stupid way they went about accomplishing that. So would that be another "darksider" lie? Why, yes it would....
