Let me see we have all of the southern states with 10%+ unemployment and you are shocked tickets are not selling out? We are in the worst economic recession since at best the early 80s at worst the 30s. It is not surprising that tickets are not selling out.

I was at the game saturday and i find it hard to believe there were that many empty seats... i was gonna guess 500-600. but it was the part of the stadium the opposing team usually fills up and WKU brought the fewest # of fans as i've ever seen. i heard next weeks tickets against UCLA are really hard to come by!

I was sitting just to the right of the jumbotron right under the first flagpole. those were the only empty seats in the whole place.

How were the Virginia Tech fans?

I've heard countless stories they were some of the biggest pricks around. Probably not so much that they lost.
