If it is in response to the aesthetics, then you must be blind. I am near WMS quite often and its not even close to RRS in terms of appearance or quality and it just looks small from the outside.
If its in response to the location being bad, well, I just don't see how you can argue that point unless you are comparing it to SE LR area directly. There have been more than a few shootings in that area.
Note: I am not dismissing WMS for its history nor atmosphere.
