seeing the basketball guy on the front page of yahoo (fab melo) or whatever got me wondering what some of the better football names have been throughout the years??

i think brandon SPIKES is a pretty cool football name, fits him perfectly. but i don't know if any yall remember a fla player a few years back (brian crum), he has a little brother florida is recruiting......his name is Bread.

don't know if anybody's beating that

Bread Crumb? Jesus why would you do that to your kid? Why not give him a real name and then just kick his arse every day yourself, same him some heartache at least.

Player given them most hell about his name? Casey Dick and poor guy has two coaches named Nutt to. Had to be a long four years for Dick.

It's tough to beat Dick Trickle, but former Maryland B-ball star Exree Hipp was always a favorite.

ETA: For you young folks, it is pronounced "X-ray, Hip".
