Not sure I would rate Nebraska that high and Michigan that low. Penn State and Tenn should be higher.

Exactly. I would put Michigan over Bama in place of Nebraska. Move Bama up a spot and drop USC right below. And no way does Miami or Fla St make top 15 much less top 10. There are way more historically significant programs than theirs since 1936.
