As an aside, the untold story of LSU's blowout of Georgia Tech was that Les Miles hired Larry Lacewell as a defensive consultant on how to stop the wishbone offense.

Patrick Peterson- Stud CB, he's gonna be very good

Chad Jones - Playing his natural position this year for the first time, we'll see if he's overrated

Josh Downs

Harry Coleman-Was it Coleman who moved to LB this year? I think he did. Chavis can coach LBs.

Ryan Baker- stud on Special Teams, but this is more of an unknown

Kelvin Sheppard -See my Chavis comment above

Jai Eugene - he better step up big this year. Hopefully Cooper can coach him up. Really an unknown

Barkevious Mingo - Freshman, ehhhh, Don't know if he's gonna play alot.

Chris Davenport - Freshman, he might play a little too, but I don't know if he's gonna have a huge impact this year

Perry Riley - Chavis comment again

Drake Nevis - this guy is gonna suprise some people this year. Reminds me ALOT of Dorsey without the injuries.

Charles Alexander - hopefully Brick gets him motivated his senior year

Chase Clement -RSFR - hope he plays up to his potential. Very quick, but an unknown.

You also may want to add Ron Brooks. Thought I read where he was playing DB now, and looking pretty good. Maybe I am thinking of the Taylor kid that was looking good at DB.

Anyway, LSU has the athletes to be VERY dangerous this year, but ALOT falls on the coaching staff, and how well these kids are being coached. I guess we'll get a small idea in Washington.
