What he meant to say is that Tulane would be a real money drain on the SEC, especially for LSU.

meh. tulane obviously wouldn't win many, but it would probably be enough to keep some contempt present that isn't there currently. it would be a better rivalry than the faux, contrived one that the SEC has attempted to create between LSU and arkansas.
