If you send a private investigator to any SEC School (except maybe Vandy) and have them research the automobiles of the big time players and recruits, I am sure you will find this very common actually.

While I can certainly see your point, this poster is a well-known, long time booster who is actually a person behind the handle. He has numerous connections both directly to GA and to the coaching community at large. If he says that has been told that the NCAA is looking at these allegations very seriously, then, yeah, I would believe him. It doesn't mean the allegations will turn out to be true after a NCAA investigation or that Bama will be punished severely by the NCAA in the end, but it is a very high probability that this is no simple "jealousy-fed rumor" of wrong-doing.

These rumors about Gasden and their coach have been around for the last 2 years. In this case I do believe there is something to them. Whether it is proven or not, can't say. However if I had to bet on it one way or the other, I think it is much more likely than not that the Gasden coaches are involved in some serious kickbacks, compensation, and rules violations. I would not be surprised if it was on the Logan Young scale. Bama never learrned a lesson before and just called the NCAA idiots for punishing them and tried to sue them.
