Young gun on the mound (Meyer-high draft pick) is throwing nasty stuff...but our ctcher is having problems locating them and having 3 passed ball which reulted 3 runs for James Madison.

Costal beats UK 4-1.
Costal is legit and will again make the regionals...their pitching is just plain sick.

State lost to N.Illinois 12-11. frick that pisses me off. Ole Miss loses to Mercer, Aubrun loses to Elon, Bama loses to S.E. Missouri st. I know this happens in baseball but should'nt we all have enough talent no to lose to these caliber teams. I completly understand Kentucky losing to a damn good team and Tennessee Losing to a damn good team but to lose to N.Ill and Elon and Mercer and S.E. Miss st. should rarely and I mean rarely happen.

Give Cohen some time. Hell, i think Mainieri's first year we lost to some teams that we didn't think we should. It's going to happen.
I believe you lost one of your best hitters off last year's team (Tyler Smith?) and a key pitcher who was pretty decent.
Cohen should have yall back in the thick of things in a couple of years. Maybe even next year.

Yeah I can't stand losing to little teams like that. But I'm not going to panic since it's still early. Corrigan won't be our regular starter probably. I don't know what happened to McKean and Buckvich.
