That type surgery typically takes 9-12 months to recover. When did he has surgery, and who does UGA have available to play center?

Didn't come out of the game when it happened and he was hopping around on the sideline trying to convince the coaches to put him back in. One tough Bobo.

I would imagine that Malachi Tolliver would be the next man up. With an entire offseason cycle and multiple starts to close out the 2025 season to keep the jitters at bay, we should be fine if Drew Bobo's recovery takes longer than anticipated.

That’s not the timeframe for athletes with the best surgeons and PT regimen and their build before surgery.

Just saying

Cortez Smith was supposed to be one of the surest bets to be a multi year starter in last year's recruiting class. Probably will get a heavy workload and a lot of extra attention from the coaches between now and September.

Also wouldn't count out Zekhi Helton from Carrollton. He is an all-time GHSA legend.
