It's not over. Today was just the last day to declare, everyone will likely be getting more commits.

Y’all didn’t lose a bunch though right? That matters. LSU is flipping almost an entire freaking roster so we have major numbers this cycle.

We lost a lot of potential talent and guys who were overrated. All of our top producers stayed.

The days of keeping potential talent on the bench are over, especially for us because we dont have the money like some other schools do.

LSU will be fine. Lane can win with good QB play.

Leavitt not being able to go until the summer is concerning. It would be nice to have him in the spring to start working with the WRs but I trust Kiffin with the offense.

Yep! That's the really bad part about all of this.

It's weird seeing kids transfer out of Alabama. That's not a knock or anything. I'm just old school and loyal. Alabama has been a solid program for most of my life. I remember the white helmets back in '83 and '84.

What is the 3rd Party NIL like over there? If it's not up to snuff, Greg Byrne needs to start beating on some bushes. That's his job!

He definitely has a solid track record developing quarterbacks but they need time. Trinidad was the only QB that didn’t struggle big time with turnovers year 1 under Kiffin. Look at year 1 vs year 2 for both Corral and Dart. Both were very turnover-prone in the first year then turned into great quarterbacks year 2.

Simmons was looking to also have a rough year 1 as a starter. Leavitt not having the spring is to develop with the offense is rough.

My uncle grew up in Tuscaloosa, so he is a super hardcore Bama fan. I just hope he doesn't have a coronary. My mom's side of the family is all Bama 24/7/365.

I like your basketball team, and I pull for your baseball team when you're not playing LSU. That shortstop you guys had last year was a baller.

I hope y'all can put something together and make a run in March.

As far as football goes, you definitely have good players. Grubb just needs to figure out how to run the ball. Also, we at LSU know it's tough when The GOAT is gone. We got to watch it for 17 years!

That is because UGA didn't need a "transfer class". We keep our team mostly intact. You cannot say that for Bama.

Probably a good idea.

Plus, I don’t think UGA is a good standard of measurement for transfer classes.

We literally had the same number of players enter the transfer portal.

This. Everyone acts like every team has turned into a pumpkin and simply is not the case, although I will admit that all these bullshite windows/rules (or lack thereof) are making the whole thing hard to follow

I am talking about current and potential starters.

How many current and/or potential starters did you lose to the portal? UGA lost zero.

One.

WR Isaiah Horton.

He spent one season in Tuscaloosa.

That's the list.

BS. You lost the offensive lineman to TAMU, Keely. James Smith, Russaw. All those would have been in your two deep al the least.

Smith was the only defensive starter. Russaw stayed hurt and had like 4 sacks his entire career at Bama.

His replacement had 8 sacks in half the games he played career. Keely had potential but never got starting time and barely played at all.

We dont consider any OL losses as we are basically replacing the coach and whole unit

My point stands. UGA didn't need to use the portal, but we did. BAMA had to or your team would have been decimated.

So it should be obvious that BAMA would have a higher transfer class rating.
