Glenn Guilbeau - Man of Integrity

As I endeavor to learn more about this nascent LSU team that everyone is now talking about, where does one turn?
For me, to really understand LSU and its fans, I have decided to pick Glenn Guilbeau as my navigator. He is a gold medal award winner in journalism, owns his own site called Tiger Rag which represents LSU athletics, and also recently was inducted into the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.
That takes a dedication many have never witnessed for a sports journalist to be inducted into a Hall of Fame oriented to sports.
He is from New Oreans but lived in Baton Rouge for many years and his insight into the LSU football program is greater than anyone on Earth.
For me, Guilbeau is fast becoming the face of LSU.

Thanks, I'm glad you took the time to research that and give me credit. I'm starting to like LSU more than I ever have.
Technically though, this doesn't count as a specifically LSU dedicated thread. It's about this guy.

He likely is descended from real French people though, not Cajuns. His name is more Creole than Cajun, which is a huge difference.

Gumps are so worried it’s affecting their health. Starting to real sorry for some of them. These alters do suck though. Just saying.

What is the exact problem? I start a thread lavishing praise on a person that is widely regarded as one of the best in the business of sports journalism, both by readers and his own contemporaries, and LSU fans have a stroke.
I mean, Guilbeau is LSU through and through. This man has dedicated his life to LSU sports.

I honestly don't understand the dislike LSU fans seemingly have for Guilbeau. How can anyone be any more LSU than Glenn Guilbeau?
Little did I know it would be LSU fans that wouldn't like this thread. I thought I was showing them that I was interested in their program, in a good way.
Just take a look at some of the topic headlines on this Tiger Rag "Guilbeau's site" cover? How can someone be more pro-LSU than that?

If you research, his favorite coach was a big Billy Napier homer. He was butthurt LSU didn’t hire him and never mentioned his failures at UF. He’s. Clown who has made his entire career as an anti LSU media member in Baton Rouge. LSU could win a championship and he would write an article about how they cheated. He’s a clickbait troll.
