This is exactly what’s wrong in CFB

These overpaid 5 Stars start checking out in the ballgames, especially with all these soft arse coaches placating to them to keep them “happy” and on the roster

There’s this one team that seems to be doing this right now. The thing is he went after what appears to be productive proven players instead of the highest star and highest ceiling.

If this tread continues it’s going to hurt the NFL . Schools will go after old productive players and the more talent cry babies will start getting less time on the big stage . Teams are going to start paying for results and not just talent .

I absolutely hope so. Then the talent laden kids will start to see they probably need to work their asses off too. Right now most of them are making bank on potential because they are talented. Not because they actually produce. Indiana might have initiated a paradigm shift.
