Not too common for a private school to be the premier program in the state.

Rice should take notes.

Stanford may not be the premier football program in its state, but they have one of the overall best athletic departments in the country.

You know all three Florida schools have multiple National titles, right? Miami has 5 titles, pretty sure that is more than most programs. Unless we start claiming titles like Auburn(sad as hell their small dick syndrome).
