Talking about the mess that is college sports recruiting/eligibility etc. Lack of rules, lack of clarity, lack of oversight, loss of identity of college sports.

Fear of being sued is what he says is holding up any kind of rules around all,this. Lawyers wanting to get their cut of college sports is how we got here. it’s also,what is gonna keep it going. Can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube. Until the revenues from TV, tickets and merch decline it won’t end.

Dudes been making strong arse offers since Green Day was cool. I’m not sure he’s someone who’s opinion I care about in a level playing field even though I do agree with him.

Exactly. When Calipari of all people is looking around and saying "oh my god, this whole thing has gone nuts!" It's safe to say the whole thing has, in fact, gone nuts.

Why would the players agree to a CBA over the current system where they hold all the power?
