I guess one way to get kids to play in the bowl games and actually give a damn is give them incentives like the NFL for TD’s scored, tackles, etc..
Wouldn’t surprise me if they start paying players by the amount of productivity.

That would require congress changing laws. My suggestion is we set them up as tutors at a Minneapolis childcare center. That is already set up to launder money.

or it they need even bigger money funnel it through a repug congressman's medicare fund
