Why these secondary bowl games are a joke in one picture

Looks like Indiana’s schedule. They played a few of the teams in those games

They must be profitable to someone and someone must care or they would not exist…so why would I or anyone have a problem with them? Is it any more of a joke than James Madison or Tulane playing Oregon and Ole Miss? If it gives a team another chance to play a game…that seems a good thing.

bowl games are a financial scam. They are good at lining the pockets of the organizers (and often friends and family), everybody else loses a lot of money

Texas 6A football is just different, you really cannot compare it to most college football.

My kids 6A school has a larger enrollment than most private colleges.
