I won’t get back from watch round 1 of these playoffs the last two years.

I would prefer top 8 seeded by the BCS with the top 4 getting home games then run out the 2014-2023 CFP format.

Hard to see a group of 5 team being a threat in the age of NIL. Those players that stick out are grabbed quick by Power 4 teams in the age of NIL.
