Looks like we could be shopping around for a new DL coach. IMO this would be a massive hit, and it could take Stewart with him.

Beamer better pay whatever it takes to keep Lucas. If Beamer wasn't on the hot seat this wouldn't be happening.

I'm sorry but Beamer has had 5 years and frankly it looks like our AD fingerprints on most of the hires

and? I think we all agree the offensive hires have been pretty bad, and yet we still have recruited well and had some success. No reason to not be excited when the staff is massively upgraded. Beamer should have won some points back.
Now if we suck next year, the heat turns up...and I get the heat staying on Shane. But be real, the outlook is so much better than it was 2 months ago

Are they A+ grand slams? No. But they were solid doubles to the gap. It would have been better if we had this mentality 3 years ago instead of when Nepo Baby Shame was on the biggest hot seat in the country.

Definitely a massive upgrade. We let Lucas - a good possibly great de coach - go so we could hire arguably the best de coach in the nation in his place.
The only way that Steward isn’t nominated for a shitload of awards next season is if he gets injured or just straight up doesn’t give a shite.

You said we should give Beamer credit. I'm just pointing out that his previous hires have been failures and I Don't think he should get credit for the new hires because without our new AD he wouldn't have gotten them.
As far as recruiting stars don't mean jack. Every 5* has regressed and that's a fact.
Beamer should not have kept his job.

I certainly don't disagree there. Wish he had hired this, or a similar staff years ago, but I am glad he atleast hired it this year. It atleast gives us some sort of a chance next year. He just has to find an OL and this team can be pretty solid
