In past years it has been posted here, I imagine things will pick up once the portal officially opens in a few weeks. Seen where Texas had about a dozen guys say they were moving on, haven't seen any from A&M yet. Raiola from Nebraska seems to be the biggest name so far. Here is a link, all are listed as expected until the portal opens on the 2nd.

Portal may need its own temporary board. This year will be especially Wild West like.

A portal board that is only open for a month in winter and a month in spring would be cool
