1. Should we let ND in SEC with similar arrangement as ACC?
2. Should ND be a full member of SEC?
My answer to 1. No
My answer to 2. Hell No.
Will it happen? I’m afraid Sankey and ESPN will push for it. Why else would the AD at ND only call Sankey as he mentioned after being snubbed. From playoff?
Thoughts?

If it pisses Bama fans off that much, let ‘em in.

Does the ND media contract reach the SEC payout amount? If not, they would be dilutive and we don't need another dilutive act by Sankey (Horns and Sooners)

I don't want to help them out in the efforts to hurt the ACC. If they leave the ACC in other sports, I have zero interest in them becoming a partial member of the SEC.
If, however, they leave the ACC of their own volition, and park their other sports in the Big East (which doesn't play football), I wouldn't rule out something like a four game scheduling agreement, the main feature of which is we'd line up 2 games in October and 2 in November (one being the week before Thanksgiving). That scheduling flexibility is something they will desperately need if they sever ties with the ACC. The Big Ten historically doesn't permit non-conference games once conference play starts.
I wouldn't pay them a dime for this, realizing that it would benefit them more than the SEC, but it wouldn't be bad for us to have more interesting non-conference games. Might even limit the deal to the 12 SEC members who don't play an ACC team to finish the season, so you'd have these teams play ND once every three years (home and away over a six year span). They already have contracts to play several SEC teams, so it's not like there is some taboo against playing them.

Here's an idea. Why don't we all get rid of these absolutely worthless conference championship games and be like Notre Dame? Then ND wouldn't have to fear #24 James Madison and #19 ranked Tulane taking their top 10 spot.

You mean we would start to have an argument about who the best 12 teams actually are again. Like, is #13 really not top 12? Instead of watching the number 24th and 19th ranked team push much better teams out? What a shame that would be.
