Texas to have to play a home and home with one of the teams from this list every year no exceptions.

Arizona State
Clemson
Colorado
Florida State
Georgia Tech
Miami
Michigan
Michigan State
Nebraska
North Carolina
Notre Dame
Ohio State
Oregon
North Carolina
Penn State
Pittsburgh
USC
Utah
Virginia
Virginia Tech
Washington
West Virginia
Wisconsin

I realize listing Nebraska is a waste since they would rather commit seppuku than ever face Texas again even though that cowardice is probably why they have been so horribad for the past 15 years.

Why Pittsburgh?

They are a historically relevant program (Marino, Dorsett) and gives you a game in a large venue in a major metropolitan area.

Have the Big 10 and SEC schools play each other in a challenge weekend each year in home and home series.

Play the game the same weekend in late September for the next ~10 years. Do it by pre-season seeding, previous seasons finish, or blind draw, whatever can be agreed upon. It needs to be done at the conference level and not the team level though to ensure all teams comply.

It would be huge for ratings and solidify the strength of schedule component for each of the conference's teams amongst playoff voters.

The only downside is it punishes Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina for playing an additional power conference game against annual ACC opponents. But frick those teams.

UGA has had a home and home since the NCAA went to 12 regular season games or has a home and home scheduled with 7 of the teams on your list (a couple of them multiple times).

We've also had neutral site matchups with two others and had one scheduled with a 3rd that was cancelled due to Covid.

And... we've had a game against at least one of them EVERY year (GT of course).
