Kiffin doesn't think teams like Indiana can compete consistently. Probably because their stadium only holds 53K. Kiffin needs all the advantages to make it happen apparently unlike Cignetti.

Is this what this board has become? But if you want a real answer. Cignetti signed an extension before Brian Kelly was fired.
