As they would be 7 seed most. At least not a cold weather game.

Its a big IF though. the -3 rushing yards and not being able to run the ball at all is a big negative with this committee.

I actually think it may be Ole Miss for some reason a slight shift there.

There was something I read about a last minute shift and it made since I can’t find where I read it.

I hope the mindset changes assuming you're right and we make a spot in cfp.

And we come in with a scorched earth mentality and play fast and with energy.

If someone is struggling pull them and put someone else in.

That’s why I want us to get in. We can get healthy and do some more work. Getting our TE back would be huge. Would have helped tonight.

Given Ole Miss’s only loss was to Georgia I think them moving down is unlikely.

One of 2 things will happen IMO.

Miami moves to 10, Notre Dame 11. Bama stays at 9.

Or, to resolve the problem they have there, Miami at 9, Notre Dame at 10 and we’re out.

The SEC won’t take that lying down, and I think they know it. Which is why i think that highly unlikely.

What’s interesting is Bama does that everywhere but the Qb position. We rotate guys all over the defense. We have basically benched guys at RB and WR. But nothing at QB for 2 years in a row now despite having 2 horrendous regressions costing us multiple games

The committee did say that teams that didnt play could move possible but I think it was more to do with maybe Miami Notre Dame. BYU was the buffer now its for the final 2 spots. BAMA, Miami, or Notre Dame.

We are not getting in. If this committee puts us in color me shocked and stupid for thinking we are out. Prefect solution for committee to put both Notre Dame and Miami in.

Ty Simpson on the road vs that pass rush sounds like a hellacious viewing experience .

I agree. I would like to get in, but I think that's what they will do to not worry about the head to head issue. Sankey is going to go gangster though, which may help us.

My only reservation to that besides the actual odds in Vegas is Miami technically has to jump two spots. I’m just not so sure.

The committee has shown they’ll just do what they want. They rank first and make up excuses later

However, can’t be mad if we miss it. All we had to do was not get blown out. Even a 10 point loss would’ve been better

I'm honestly not trying to be a jerk about this but why would the committee honestly care ? What could the SEC conceivably do after the fact?
