Lane was a huge part of what they do and they’re not the same team without him. I believe the committee puts a more complete / less turbulent team instead. IMO

Considering that olemiss was trash before Lane, and olemiss has returned to being a trash team and fan base since Lane left, we can absolutely infer that the only variable was Lane.

I guess you haven’t heard everything that went on during last season and throughout this year. If it hadn’t been for somebody on staff ensuring things didn’t go off the rails we wouldn’t be 11-1. Hint it’s the guy that looked Kiffin in his face and said “I didn’t fricking come here because if you”.
