Florida failed Dan Mullen(or maybe Mullen's soft skills failed Mullen for not getting the purse strings open). McElwain wasn't a good coach, but you might as well include him because he wasn't given the resources either.
Billy got everything Mullen wanted and much more. You can hear how angry it makes Mullen whenever he speaks about the Florida job.

And I am sure in your mind LSU did everything for Kelly and he just failed...lol..it is insane how homers like you get upvote, but it is a mainly Tiger board so if stat LSU is good or something about Joe Burrow that is positive you will get a ton of upvotes.
Both failed because they both were not good enough. Kelly and Sunbelt were given the tools..they just failed. Happens in sports..coaches fail not always on the organization at all.
