Do you ole miss fans still think that your AD didn't drop the ball for the playoffs,

The reasoning was to keep CLK from poaching players and coaches. Weise Jr. is LSUs OC, and he is being allowed to coach the team. If your AD could've got his emotions under control then ole miss would be going into the playoffs with a full staff. Do you guys still think it was smart for your AD to not let CLK coach this team into the playoffs?

Insight: CLK and every position coach that went with him has the personal cell phone numbers of every staff member and player, so they don't need to be around the team to talk to each and every one of the people mentioned.

In my opinion, yes it sucks for ole miss that CLK moved onto a better job, the AD let his pride get in the way of ole miss winning a championship.

You're still being emotional and not analytical.

Actually I think it’s worse Ole Miss allowed Weise to come back and coach.

He leads them on a run and that fuels players even more to follow to LSU (yes I know Pete “I don’t want to be a head coach” Golding is in charge).

I think his “he has to live there” comment is telling. AD knew the fans would revolt and probably pelt his family to death with cold chicken nuggets like a biblical stoning. Dude was just scared.

Zero dog in the fight. But, sentimentality is the only reason he'd ever be allowed to step foot on the OM sidelines again.

Weise JR. Should wait until a bigger job comes available, and he probably will. Both Baker and Weise Jr. are on the cusp of being offered major jobs, not FAU and Tulane. Stay where they are and 3 years from now they will be multi millionaires. This is based off of coaches that waited and left after the Ed O era here.

So, it's pride for you. Putting him on the sidrline gives ole miss the best shot at winning period.

Aside from the fact Ole Miss would be stupid to allow Kiffin to remain around campus. He chokes away more big games than he wins, so I'm not sure Ole Miss is missing much. The team and everything else is already built.

The reasoning was so he couldn't poach players and coaches, but LSUs OC is now coaching lol. It was pride whether their AD wants to admit it or not.

At this rate Penn State may take a shot in the dark at Weise. It’s a dumpster fire over there.

Or we get into a bidding war for Weise Jr.? We’ll match you for him so it will be once again where does your heart, beliefs, values lead you?

I would have been stoked for this in college. Would have collected the nuggets and put them in ziplock bags and then enjoyed the biblical stoning.

It’s an interesting dilemma for sure but as an lsu fan you shouldn’t bother yourself with worries over the playoffs
